I'm using up strips, just scraps, but isn't this classy? I love it! And I love my man of course.

This is for:
CAS-ual Fridays "love song" challenge. The song that's been going round my head all day is Something Stupid, with the line "and then I go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like I Love You"
Charisma Cardz: love
Cute Card Thursday: love struck
ETA: I've been surfing some lovely people's blogs and have come across this little gem of a challenge, Pixie's Crafty Snippets Playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop. It's all about using up scraps, which is me all over. So I'm entering my card into this too. Thanks for the welcome Di!

Hi Squirrel - I love your leafy glade background :))

Welcome to the Snippets Playground! This is a fabby card, and perfect use of snippets - which can be small or large, we don't really have any rools. It's nice if you add a link in your own blog to the playground so that more people come and play. And, I'm sure some of the girlies will now hop over to say Hello to you too.

I love the paper woven heart, think I did one similar last year - good fun to make and yours is just brilliant for a fella!

Hugs, Di xx

Hi and welcome to the Playground. We are all nice and friendly here and share our sandwiches and cakes. Don't believe what anyone else says about me, I'm perfectly well balanced. Hugs Mrs A.

P.s Totally forgot to say what a scrummy card you have made. Makes me think of a chess board and now I'm singing that darn tune.

Morning Squirrel . . . what a delightful heart card. Miss Di doesn't mind WHAT kind of snippets/scraps we use as long as they're left-overs!

You coming to play on the swings now? Are ya, are ya?

Oh, and watch out for duck pond in the playground . . . Mrs A's been known to have a problem with it!
